Holy Week Celebrations
Monday
Many thanks to all those who made our Lenten Journey Mass so beautiful. As special thank you to Year 3 and 4 for their beautiful singing. This was a beautiful start to our Holy Week celebrations.
Wednesday
Our Stations of the Cross Assembly, led by Year 5 gave us a moment to stop and spend some time with Jesus. Year 5 helped us to understand the journey Jesus took on Good Friday. It gave us the opportunity to understand and appreciate all that Jesus did for us on that special day.

Tuesday
Our Palm Sunday assembly was a joyous one with the children signing and waving their Palm branches, remembering the special scenes when Jesus rode on a donkey through Jerusalem. The children joined in telling the story with actions and the presence of a donkey made the whole assembly come alive!

Thursday
Year 6 helped us to end our Holy Week celebrations in a moving manner, when they role played the story of the Last Supper. We watched as they retold the story, depicting Jesus sharing the bread and wine, His Body and Blood with his disciples, before washing his disciples feet and showing them just how much He loved each one of them.
