Minibeast Art

In art we have been exploring the artist Lucy Arnold. We learnt about her artistic style and how she creates her paintings. We then had a go at making our own ladybirds inspired by her. Here are our beautiful creations below!

We have then cut out all of these ladybirds and stuck them together to create our own big masterpiece like Lucy Arnold!

Remembrance Day

For Remembrance Day we used lots of loose parts we had in school to create our own poppies! We used a range of resources, from tissue paper, netting, counters, ribbons, pom poms and even some recycled skipping ropes! We had so much fun and we enjoyed using our imaginations!

Come and See

We thought about all the people who love us and shared our ideas with our friends. We then learned that God also loves us so much and we celebrated this by decorating our photographs with the word 'me'.

Our First Day

We have been enjoying our first week of half days at school. We have met new friends, played games, explored our classroom and had fun with arts and crafts.
