It is important to us that children attending our provision arrive on time and do not miss out on any new experiences for the day. This is an important time for children to greet each other and to feel happy, settled and part of the social group of the class. Equally, picking up your child promptly will ensure that children do not feel worried or anxious about waiting to be collected.

Morning Session– 8.35am – 11.35am

Lunch Session - 11.35am – 12.10pm

Afternoon Session – 12.10pm – 3.10pm

We understand that there are occasions when an unforeseen circumstance may make you late for collecting your child. In this instance, we ask that you telephone the school office so that we can explain the situation to your child. If you are unable to collect your child and have made alternative arrangements, we ask that you inform the school office and provide us with the necessary details.

LUNCHTIMES

Children may bring a packed lunch if they stay during the lunch session. Alternatively, they may access a school dinner through our school kitchen. There is a charge for the lunch session to cover staffing costs and a charge for a school dinner.

Children in the Nursery have access to their own outdoor space at lunchtimes.

WRAPAROUND CARE

When spaces are available, we can offer the following wraparound care service at our Breakfast and After School Club – please note that this does incur an additional cost:

Breakfast club – 7.30am – 8.35am

Full session of after school club – 3.10pm – 6.00pm

Half session of after school club – 3.10pm – 4.30pm
