Dialogue and Encounter

The Dialogue and Encounter branch invites pupils to reflect on the importance of meeting others with openness, respect, and love. Rooted in the example of Jesus, who encountered each person with compassion and dignity, children are encouraged to engage in meaningful dialogue with those around them. This includes learning about and showing respect for people of other faiths, recognising the shared values that unite us and the richness that diversity brings. Through this theme, pupils grow in empathy, deepen their understanding of their own faith, and develop a spirit of peace and friendship in a multi-faith world.
