At St Teresa’s we are proud to promote values that are both Catholic and British, including: respect for the individual, democracy, individual liberty, respect, tolerance and inclusiveness.  We respect the rights of people who have a faith or belief system that is different to ours and encourage tolerant attitudes towards others’ beliefs. 

We promote the values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance. 

We do this by:

Democracy

  • Having pupil groups such as School Council, Eco-Warriors and Liturgy Leaders
  • Ensuring all pupils are listened to by adults
  • Inviting MPs and other speakers to the school
