Year 6 are Playing the Game… Chess!

Year 6 have now been playing chess for 1/2  a term and have taken to it like ‘ducks to water’! Having spent the last 6 weeks learning the names of each piece, their value and how they move they have finally progressed to playing a proper game where check mate was the order of the day!
